"I first met Dr. Bhanji several years ago. I owe him a great deal of gratitude for the help he has given me. I can honestly say he has transformed my life back to one that is functional and worth living. I had chronic back pain for 15 years before I met Dr. Bhanji. I had been under the care of my primary physician and an orthopedic surgeon. The prognosis was not encouraging. With out going into too much detail my L-1 through L-5 vertebrae are not good. The worst is the lowest vertebrae where the disc is more than 50%% compressed with narrowing of the channels where the nerves go through. This is where I had two epidural to relieve the pressure causing numbness I my leg. In addition I had been prescribed narcotic pain pills and muscle relaxers which I had been taking ongoing for over a couple of years. Needless to say I became not only tolerant to the effects but also dependent to a degree.
A friend of mine had tried to get me to see Dr. Bhanji for a year but I did not believe in Chiropractic care. Only after I was on the verge of giving up hope did I agree to see him. I told Dr. Bhanji that I thought such treatments were in my opinion was quackery but I was desperate for any relief. He took my doubt in stride and convinced me to come 3 times a week for the next 3 weeks. To my wonderful surprise after about 9 treatments I was not only off the medications but was touching my toes. Previously I could hardly even get out of a chair or get into a car without extreme discomfort.
